At St Catherine's we’re passionate about ensuring your loved ones receive the best care possible which is why we offer 24/7 personalised care and support to each and every one of our residents.
There is nobody more important to us than our residents. We understand that each resident has unique needs and we take the time to develop and build relationships to make sure those needs are met. Our staff are highly trained and experienced and will treat yourself and your loved ones with the dignity and respect they deserve. AssessmentAs part of the admission process a staff member will meet with you (and / or your nominated next of kin) in order to identify your social and care needs. Once we have collated information about your care needs, family, life history, your likes, dislikes and interests, a care plan will be developed and tailored to your specific needs.

Teleconferencing
Our gerontology Nurse Practitioner can organise a teleconference with a specialist geriatrician if this is thought to be potentially beneficial.
This is something that would be done in consultation with the resident/family. This allows for a geriatrician to review and talk to a resident from the comfort of their room.
