We have a dedicated on-site chef who updates and rotates the menus on a regular basis to ensure meals remain nutritionally balanced and meet any dietary or cultural requirements our residents may have. Our chef is encouraged to create interesting options that reflect the personal preferences of residents, and incorporate local or seasonal produce where possible. All meals are cooked on site daily.
At St Catherine's we have fully stocked tea and coffee stations located throughout the residence for residents and their guests to help themselves whenever the mood takes them. A range of snacks are also available in these areas. Our social calendar also includes pre-dinner drinks on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
