Adrian Johnstone

Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO Adrian Johnstone has been with St Catherines since 2009. Previously, he was a Commercial Finance Manager with the NAB for 22 years. Adrian was initially appointed to the Business Manager position. Subsequent to a restructure, he was appointed to the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer.

Adrian has brought to St Catherines his extensive experience in finance administration, which is reflected in the organisation’s exceptionally strong Balance Sheet.  Adrian has chaired conferences held by national Health Care organisations, and is frequently consulted by stand-alone aged care providers seeking to replicate St Catherine’s success.

Heila Brooks

Care Manager
Our Care Manager Heila Brooks was appointed in 2011.  Heila has extensive experience in senior management positions in the health and aged care sector. Heila was previously employed by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing in the compliance area. 

Heila has held many Director of Nursing positions in both public health and private residential aged care. Prior to relocating to Wangaratta Heila held the position of CEO for a successful 1000 bed private residential aged care organisation. Heila holds qualifications in both psychiatric nursing and general nursing as well as graduate diplomas in both administration and gerontology.

Tomarsh Loki

  • Commenced December 2021
  • Bachelor of Accounting (Finance)
  • Charles Sturt University Executive Dean’s Award 2020
  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment
  • Prior to commencing at St Catherine’s, Tomarsh had worked in finance within the aged care sector for 12 months.

Bec Dalton

  • ​Commenced October 2017
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Prior to Bec becoming the welcoming face of St Catherines she owned and operated two family businesses.
